Work closely with Contracts Managers and operational teams to ensure design information supports the construction programme. Coordinate architects, consultants, engineers, subcontractors and specialist designers. Manage and monitor design deliverables against the project programme. You will be confident working alongside site-based teams and understand the practical requirements of delivering construction projects on site. The ability to identify design issues early, coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive solutions through to completion is essential. Experience across a wide range of sectors would be advantageous, together with a strong understanding of construction methodology, technical design and the interface between design and site delivery. The Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor with a strong pipeline of work and a varied project portfolio. You will have the opportunity to take genuine ownership of the design function on live projects, working as an integral part of the delivery team and playing a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, to programme and to the required quality standards.
