Able to make decisions effectively, using either own knowledge or available data. Should possess good analytical and presentation skills- written and verbal- and fluency in use of MSOffice office suite including Project (or equivalent). They will ideally be looking for a candidate with a Bult Environment background, previous experience in Building Surveying is desirable but not essential.
