The Role As an Architectural Technologist, you will play a key role in the technical development and delivery of projects across a diverse range of sectors. Working closely with Architects, consultants, contractors, and clients, you will be responsible for producing detailed technical information and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and in compliance with current regulations. You will have the opportunity to work on a varied portfolio, from bespoke residential developments to commercial, industrial, and retrofit schemes, often involving complex existing buildings and challenging site constraints. Key Responsibilities Produce detailed technical drawings, construction packages, and specifications Develop and coordinate Revit models throughout project delivery Assist in the delivery of projects across RIBA Stages 3 6 Coordinate information with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations, planning requirements, and Building Safety Act legislation Contribute to technical detailing, material selection, and construction solutions Attend site visits, inspections, and project meetings as required Support contract administration and construction-stage activities where appropriate Assist with technical problem-solving throughout the design and construction process About You Degree or HNC/HND qualified in Architectural Technology or a related discipline 3 5 years' experience within a UK architectural practice Strong technical knowledge and understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing Experience delivering projects through technical and construction stages Proficient in Revit (essential) Experience working on residential, commercial, industrial, or refurbishment projects Good understanding of current building legislation, including Building Safety Act requirements Strong coordination and communication skills Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple project demands CIAT membership or working towards chartership would be advantageous Why Apply?
