You will ideally have: • A qualification or equivalent skills and experience at Level 6 / Degree level, preferably within a Mechanical or Electrical discipline. • Previous experience working for a main contractor. • Strong technical knowledge of M&E / Building Services. • Experience coordinating the design and installation of building services. • Design experience would be advantageous. • Strong understanding of construction processes and project delivery. • Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills. • A proactive approach with the ability to bring fresh thinking and new ideas. • A genuine passion for the built environment and delivering exceptional projects. Essential Requirements • Right to work in the UK, or eligibility to obtain this. • Full UK Driving Licence, or the ability to obtain one. • Willingness to travel across North West projects. • Previous experience within Building Services / M&E and construction.
