The leading Mechanical contractor are looking for a german speaking M&E Project Manager to join their well-respected team in Frankfurt. The directors are looking for an individual with exceptional experience and high service delivery. The responsibilities of the Project Manager, but not limited to:
* Working with clients on new project briefs and discussing time-lines and budgets
* Managing all aspects, from design to installations
* Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress as well as monitoring
* Facilitate the refresh of contract terms to ensure areas like safety, environment, quality, payment terms are fit for purpose
* Assist the project team by leading and managing, by undertaking performance reviews and by ensuring that each member of the team understands their roles and responsibilities on the project as well as meeting budget and performance expectations
* Co-ordinate all construction activity with the Client, contractors and sub-contractors to minimise risks that could jeopardise the successful delivery of the project as well as recommending solutions to issues that may rise.
To be considered for this role you must:
Previous experience within a similar role is highly desirable
Fluent German speaker
Experience in the Construction or the building sector
Relevant industry qualifications/training
Relevant Electrical Qualifications
Driven attitude and ability to work well within a team

We are seeking a Project Manager with extensive construction & M&E knowledge, able to oversee all aspects of both new build and refurbishment projects. Candidates should have an engineering, structural & technical background to deal with all aspects of a project.
Qualifications & Experience:
5 + years construction industry
Must have previous track record of delivering high-value projects,
Experience managing construction Data centres projects.
German Speaking (Preferred but not required)Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be an experienced data centre specialist able to manage projects from cradle to grave up to and including Tier 4 Data Centre New Builds.

You will need to have experience of office fit out, whether it be Fit out, CAT A, CAT B or full demo and strip out. You will be managing programs, liaising with design teams and clients to meet client satisfaction.
The project itself is a large bank fit out - The client is a well known German Bank and as such the successful applicant will need to be fluent in German to converse with the client.

As the Senior Project Planner within the Design and Construction team, you will be involved in projects from the initial land acquisition, through to feasibility stage and the eventual total build of the data centre.
Project Planner Role:
Producing construction plans for agreement with client in conjunction with the Project Manager.
Fully resource/cost loaded schedule.
Maintenance of construction schedule.
Track planned versus actual progress.
Working with construction team members to capture and log any issues affecting progress.
Leading and planning site meetings with relevant stakeholders.
Overseeing large CapEx Projects valuing up to (€200m).
Project Planner Requirements:
Proven record of accomplishment in successfully completing complex capital projects.
5 years+ Project Planning experience in Complex projects across the highly regulated sectors.
Must have experience delivering a Data Centre or Pharmaceutical construction project.
Highly Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
Strong problem solving capability, leveraging structure process driven approach to problem solving.
German speaking.
Willing to relocate to Switzerland.
