Senior Project Planner - Data Centre

A world leading construction consultancy is looking for an experienced and ambitious Senior Project Planner to join their rapidly growing Project Controls team in Switzerland, on a permanent basis to join an ongoing Hyper Scale Data Centre Project. The Company: The client is a world renowned, multi-discipline construction firm, with their core divisions spanning across Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Data Centres and the Pharmaceuticals Industry. As the Senior Project Planner within the Design and Construction team, you will be involved in projects from the initial land acquisition, through to feasibility stage and the eventual total build of the data centre. Project Planner Role: Producing construction plans for agreement with client in conjunction with the Project Manager. Fully resource/cost loaded schedule. Maintenance of construction schedule. Track planned versus actual progress. Working with construction team members to capture and log any issues affecting progress. Leading and planning site meetings with relevant stakeholders. Overseeing large CapEx Projects valuing up to (€200m). Project Planner Requirements: Proven record of accomplishment in successfully completing complex capital projects. 5 years+ Project Planning experience in Complex projects across the highly regulated sectors. Must have experience delivering a Data Centre or Pharmaceutical construction project. Highly Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project. Strong problem solving capability, leveraging structure process driven approach to problem solving. German speaking. Willing to relocate to Switzerland. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Planner that is looking for a new opportunity abroad with a highly rewarding firm, offering €80,000 - €95,000 based on experience, with generous annual salary increases.
