This includes preparing budgets, interim valuations and final accounts, alongside cost forecasting and supporting value engineering initiatives. The role involves procurement of supply chain partners, assessment and certification of subcontract payments, and ongoing management of variation accounts. Developing positive working relationships, supporting dispute avoidance, and contributing to strong governance, quality and safety practices are also key elements of the role.
