Knowledge, Skills and Experience required: Essential: Proven experience in operational excellence, incident investigation, or continuous improvement within a high-hazard or regulated industry (e.g. nuclear, energy, aerospace). Strong working knowledge of event reporting and organisational learning in the context of the construction project lifecycle and the practical application of learning during: site mobilisation, setup of welfare, traffic management interfaces, enabling works, earthworks, lifting, temporary works, civil construction, mechanical and electrical installation, commissioning and handover in high-hazard/regulated industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders and the supply chain at all levels, including experience of holding to account and driving a culture of improvement. Experience in tracking and reporting performance metrics and improvement actions including leading and lagging indicators, repeat event analysis, hotspots and trend detection. Experience in use of analytical tools such as Power BI, Excel, SharePoint and/or EHS platform reporting modules. This is a hands-on Commissioning Planner role requiring strong Primavera P6 capability combined with practical experience of commissioning, completions and handover activities within a regulated manufacturing, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, chemical or process environment.
