Job Title: Senior Site Manager
Location: Bury, Greater Manchester
Salary: 300 - 350 per day, depending on experience
Sector: Modular (MMC)

• Are you a senior site manager with experience with the supply and installation of offsite construction systems?
• Are you seeking a 3-month (approx.) contract role with a growing business?

You will be managing and overseeing the project. As the number one Senior Site Manager on this 1.5 million project, you can expect to manage closely up to 30 operatives (mix of trades) to ensure that the project is delivered safely on time and within budget.

We are seeking candidates with direct experience working within the MMC sector as a Senior Site Manager. You will be joining a firm with a healthy pipeline of projects across the country.

Responsibilities:

• Working on a Modular project in Bury, Greater Manager
• Ensure all site staff are adhering to health and safety procedures
• Be actively involved in pre-start, progress and handover meetings

We would welcome conversations with candidates who:

• Hold CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid tickets
• Have a strong working knowledge of full turnkey MMC projects
• Posses strong planning skills and the ability to 'look ahead' on-site programmes and anticipate challenges
• Can bring good experience in managing sub-contractors and site-based labour
• Are comfortable representing the firm in site-based progress meetings
• Able to start March 2025
