Project Manager - Nationwide (Commercial Fit-Out) Location: UK - Nationwide travel required Salary: 50,000- 60,000 Package: Company vehicle, travel & accommodation expenses, pension We are currently working on behalf of a well-established design and build contractor that specialises in the delivery of high-quality commercial interiors, hospitality and catering fit-out projects across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Site/Project Manager to oversee projects nationwide. The Role The successful candidate will take full responsibility for managing site operations from mobilisation through to completion. This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership, coordination of subcontractors and close collaboration with project teams to ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard . This is a nationwide role , and candidates must be flexible with travel and occasional overnight stays. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day site activities across multiple fit-out projects. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site operatives. Ensure works are delivered in line with programme, budget and specification. Maintain high standards of Health & Safety in accordance with CDM regulations. Liaise with project managers, clients and stakeholders to resolve site issues. Maintain accurate site documentation including site diaries, RAMS and reports. Monitor labour, materials and plant usage to maximise efficiency. Candidate Requirements Proven experience as a Site/Project Manager within commercial fit-out or interior construction. Commercial kitchen fit-out experience is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of construction processes and Health & Safety legislation. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
