Site Agent/Manager The Role The main purpose Site Agent will be responsible for the management of the construction site to achieve the required project delivery to the customers' objectives while maintaining standards of health and safety, quality, environmental impact, and cost control. This is a 20MW BESS scheme involving civils, electrical installation, and full construction through to commissioning. The site is already established, so the role will focus on managing delivery rather than early stage setup. The client is looking for a Site Manager who can take ownership of the project, represent the business on site, and manage works independently without the need for close supervision.
