Estimator (Roofing & Cladding) | Southern Region | £70,000 + package | Intermediate to Senior level post Your new company Based in Hampshire, they carry out projects across a wide range of sectors including commercial, industrial, retail and residential they offer services on new build, refurbishment and maintenance projects valued between £500k-£4m. Your new role: You will be responsible for the pricing of roofing and cladding projects reporting to the Directors of the business. Duties will include: • Preparation of quotes in response to enquires • Read and interpret customer specifications and requirements • Reviewing tender documentation and where appropriate produce summary documents • Act as the main point of contact for individual quotations or tenders • Prepare tender documentation ensuring that all criteria have been satisfied What you’ll need to succeed: You will have circa 5+ years’ experience in estimating and of pricing roofing and cladding systems is essential for this role as they are seeking someone who is able to hit the ground running and will be able to work autonomously in this role. A distinct advantage would be well networked in the industry and be able to further their recent growth bringing new contacts into the business. What you’ll get in return: On offer is a salary of up to circa £60,000 plus a competitive benefits package depending on your level of experience.
