The Role   We are seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to lead all pre-contract activities and ensure the successful transition of projects from client instruction through to contract execution. Lead client meetings, workshops, and presentations. Ensure a smooth transition from pre-construction to delivery teams.  Handover to Delivery   Produce comprehensive pre-construction handover documentation.
