We're recruiting a Service Development Manager (Great Estates) to lead a major, high-profile, cross-departmental programme focused on improving outcomes for residents across council estates. This is a senior programme and project leadership role, responsible for delivering complex service improvement and change initiatives that make a measurable difference to communities.
