Manage supplier and contractor relationships, ensuring high standards of service, value for money, and adherence to company policies. Assist with AGMs, EGMs, and residents meetings, including the preparation of agendas, minutes, and follow-up on agreed actions. Handle insurance claims and liaise with brokers and loss adjusters where necessary. Oversee parking management, including permit allocation and resolution of related queries. Proactively identify and escalate risks, disputes, or complex issues to your Line Manager in a timely manner.
