Detailed knowledge of construction specifications, contracts and their effective management. Knowledge of project financial valuation and evaluation, performance assessment and budget management. Experience of performing the role of 'principal designer' and knowledge of the requirements of CDM. Self-motivated, organised and ability to work autonomously Experience managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders. A Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own car.
