Key Responsibilities Risk Management & Safety Oversight Provide guidance and advice on health, safety, and security risk management within the organisation. Help investigate major incidents, ensuring comprehensive documentation, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation. Coordinate comprehensive documentation and compliance processes for major retail activations and events within shopping centre environments. Maintain current expertise in relevant health, safety, and security legislation and regulatory requirements. Systems & Process Management Develop and maintain a centralised risk management platform to systematically track security, health, and safety incidents, ensuring timely reporting and comprehensive action item follow-through. Create, update, and manage documentation and standard operating procedures. Implement and coordinate HSSE monitoring procedures to ensure timely internal performance reporting. Operational Support Provide 24/7 security coverage support through occasional weekend on-call duties. Execute ad hoc projects and initiatives based on evolving business needs and strategic priorities. Experience NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety (desirable). Understanding of health and safety, security operations and risk management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in report writing and data analysis. Flexibility to travel nationally within the UK. Valid UK driving licence.
