Purpose of Role: As the Electrical Qualified Supervisor (QS), you will act as the company's technical authority and compliance lead. A well-established main contractor is seeking an Intermediate M&E Quantity Surveyor to join a busy and expanding commercial team. The role will involve tendering MEPH packages on new projects and supporting the management of sub-contractor variation accounts. The position will be based either from a central London office (Oxford Street area) or on live sites, predominantly within Zone 1. The contractor delivers projects primarily across central London, operating in a range of sectors including CAT A & B office fit-outs, high-end residential schemes, education, hotels and leisure, largely for private clients.
