Duties Include: Produce written reports forecasting labour costs etc and estimating project returns Liaise with and assist Contract Managers, inc from site visits, to monitor project progress Prepare and submit substantial monthly applications, invoices, variation and final accounts etc for multiple projects Assist the accounts department with collection of payments in accordance with the sub contract terms Assess performances and report to the Commercial Director The Ideal Candidate: The successful candidate should ideally be qualified to degree level or similar but must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience within the Construction sector, plus a scaffolding experience would be a greater advantage. As an experienced estimator you will be expected to take on full estimating responsibilities.
