Experienced Quantity Surveyor
Salary: Highly competitive, DOE

Location: EN3, North London based company - working in and around London
Our client is a large, industry leading independent scaffolding company. Established for over 40 years, they currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Quantity Surveyor to join a great team and thriving business with excellent future prospects.
Duties Include:
Produce written reports forecasting labour costs etc and estimating project returns
Liaise with and assist Contract Managers, inc from site visits, to monitor project progress
Prepare and submit substantial monthly applications, invoices, variation and final accounts etc for multiple projects
Assist the accounts department with collection of payments in accordance with the sub contract terms
Assess performances and report to the Commercial Director
The Ideal Candidate:
The successful candidate should ideally be qualified to degree level or similar but must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience within the Construction sector, plus a scaffolding experience would be a greater advantage.
Self-motivated with high levels of professionalism and diligence
Having excellent communication skills and the ability to work within different teams
Computer literate with an excellent knowledge of MS office
First rate numeracy, English and analytical skills
Based within a 1 hour commuting radius of EN3
Permanent resident and eligible to work in the UK
