Experience Required: A minimum of 1 - 2 years related experience (e.g. Front Desk, Hospitality, Room Management, or Customer Service roles) is preferred. Advanced communication skills with the ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees. Experience in facilities management and/or dealing with suppliers/contractors beneficial. Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations.

Monitoring site timelines and managing the budgets/resources. Promoting a high quality culture, ensuring all health and safety standards are adhered to. Liaising with the Project and Contracts Manager, reporting any changes to schedule. Leading and motivating the site teams to ensure that all works are carried out on time .
