Administrator / Planner (Repairs & Maintenance) Location: Oldbury (B69) Pay Rate: 14.50 per hour (Umbrella) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm Contract Type: Temporary - Long Term Start Date: ASAP Overview: We're currently looking for an Administrator / Planner to join a busy maintenance team based in Oldbury. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established organisation and play a key role in supporting the coordination of repairs and maintenance works across a range of properties. Role Responsibilities: Scheduling and coordinating trades operatives for reactive and planned maintenance works Managing diaries, logging jobs, and updating internal systems Liaising with tenants, engineers, and supervisors to ensure works are completed efficiently and on time Providing administrative support to the wider maintenance team Requirements: Previous experience in a planning, scheduling, or administration role (ideally within repairs or maintenance) Strong organisational and communication skills Confident IT skills (Excel, Outlook, and scheduling software) Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment To Apply: If you're interested in this opportunity, please apply with your CV today.
