An established Building Services Design Practice located in the heart of Kent are looking to recruit a Intermediate Building Services Engineer with a Mechanical bias.
They specialise primarily in top quality hotel, leisure and spa establishments. They have created services installations with a number of world class Interior Designers and premium clients including The Savoy, Claridge's and Berkeley & Dorchester.
Due to an increase in workload, they are looking to hire a Intermediate Building Services Engineer with a Mechanical bias to support the Senior Engineers on working on projects from initial client contact through to final account.
The successful applicants will undertake a range of duties across all aspects of the M&E building services design process from developing concepts, to the production of detailed design solutions for a wide variety of building types; applicants should be able to demonstrate an appropriate level of academic and/or practical experience.
They have the ability to offer the following range of services including:
Mechanical Engineering
