The Role As Lead Quantity Surveyor, you will take ownership of the commercial management of multiple groundworks and earthworks packages on commercial developments. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered profitably while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Oversee installation of drainage systems, kerbing, and associated infrastructure. Ensure all works are carried out in line with health & safety regulations and site procedures.
