Key Responsibilities: Supervising day-to-day earthworks operations on site Coordinating plant, labour, and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely and efficiently Monitoring progress against programme and reporting updates to the site team Ensuring works are carried out in line with drawings, specifications, and project requirements Maintaining strong health & safety standards across the site Liaising with site management and other members of the project team to ensure smooth delivery of works Attending site meetings and providing updates on progress and any issues affecting delivery Qualifications & Experience: Proven experience working as an Earthworks or Groundworks Supervisor Strong understanding of earthworks operations and site coordination Valid CSCS card required SSSTS or SMSTS preferred Strong communication skills and ability to manage subcontractors and site teams If you are well suited to this role, please apply through the link and we will contact you for a confidential discussion.

Our client requires a qualified Construction Site Supervisor with SSSTS, or SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid to work directly alongside the Project Manager on site on a project in West Berkshire, for a period of 3 - 4 months initially, to start immediately. Groundworks experience would be an advantage for this stage of the project. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations including site inductions, coordinating teams with a strong sense of health and safety at all times.
