Full refurbishment project including new walls, partitions and ceilings. Ventilation and a/c equipment, boiler and heaters, lighting and fire alarms. Upgrade of fire doors and compartmentations. Key Responsibilities: Managing and coordinating all finishing trades on site Driving the programme to ensure works are completed on time and to a high standard Managing snagging lists and quality control Ensuring health & safety standards are met at all times Liaising with subcontractors, consultants, and senior management Preparing areas for inspection, handover, and practical completion Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager on high calibre fit out projects. The Project Manager will have full responsibility for managing the project from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring delivery to programme, budget, quality, and safety standards.
