Commercial Lead for a fast track roll out Our client are a Construction Management company that work in the retail sector. They have just been appointed to set up and run a national roll out. There will be two companies responsible for carrying out the work as (Principal Contractor) themselves and another company, splitting the country in half. Working alongside a Delivery Lead, you will be client facing, attending regular meetings with the client, setting the roll out up, setting up the supply chain to deliver these schemes, issuing BOQs and scopes, reviewing tenders, comparisons and recommendations, through to awarding the contracts. The two main Sub Contract packages are Groundworks and Electrical. You will be responsible for hiring 3 Quantity Surveyors to report in to manage the 440 locations that you will deliver.
