As part of the Connect Plus Services business based in Swanley, working on the M25, one of the busiest sections of road in the UK and one of the most important, you will be responsible for maintaining all aspects of the M25 network, such as; fixing potholes, repairing barriers, assisting the emergency services, litter picking, winter maintenance and much more.
The successful candidate will be required to work on a 4 on 4 off 12 hour shift rota (5am-5pm/5pm-5am).
To be considered for this opportunity, you MUST have Traffic Management (TMF/LTMO) and a Level 2 NVQ - Safety Fence Barrier qualifications.

As a Highways Maintenance Operative you will:

We are seeking a Project Manager to act as the operational lead and focal point for the Kent and Sussex Region. You will work with the Senior Project Manager, to manage the successful delivery of individual or programmes of projects within the region and cluster of sites.
You will be an exceptional Project Manager at the top of your game, with at least 2 years previous experience in a similar role. Strong stakeholder management and understanding the customers' needs is crucial for the success of this role.

We are seeking a Regional Support Manager to take ownership of the operational management and delivery of all facilities management services delivered in parts of the Kent and Sussex region. This is an active, visible and flexible site role requiring excellent client relationship, team leadership and supplier management skills. Reporting to the Regional Accounts Director (RAD) they will implement delivery of Estates and Facilities services across a number of establishments. This will mean taking ownership of specific projects and performance improvement/initiatives.
