The role will involve working across tenanted properties throughout the North West, carrying out mainly plumbing works alongside some gas-related duties. This position will be approximately 80% plumbing and 20% gas work, making it ideal for a qualified plumber who also holds gas certifications and is comfortable carrying out gas-related works when required. The successful candidate will be working within occupied properties, so a professional approach, good communication skills and strong customer service are essential.
