Location: Scotland (site-based with travel as required) Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: Competitive, depending on experience About the Role Avenue is looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager / Site Manager to oversee the successful delivery of projects from mobilisation through to completion. This is a hands-on role requiring excellent leadership, organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget. You'll be responsible for coordinating site operations, managing subcontractors, maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring the highest standards of quality and health & safety are upheld throughout every stage of the project. Key Responsibilities Manage projects from planning through to completion. Oversee daily site operations, ensuring works are completed safely and efficiently.
