My client is an award-winning, fully Independent Planning Consultancy with a highly skilled and experienced team of Planning and Regeneration Consultants supporting clients across the UK. Due to consistent growth, the company is looking to hire an enthusiastic and experienced Charted Planner who has ideally worked within a similar role. Objective: The successful candidate will join the team in working on projects across several sectors, including residential & strategic land, commercial & industrial, retail, leisure & town centres, regeneration, education, and energy. Duties: * Working on TCPA projects (experience of DCO/ TWAO schemes would be an advantage). * Managing projects with guidance from a senior member of the team. * Liaising with clients, local authorities, consultants, and key stakeholders. * Developing strong professional networking relationships with those in the property and planning industry. * Identify opportunities for business development. * Working collaboratively in teams to support bids and tenders. * Writing and submitting planning applications.
