They are looking for an experienced Document Controller to work with and support the design / estimating / project delivery teams from the companies North London office. As a Document Controller, you will be responsible for managing the control of all administrative and technical documents in accordance with Project Specific and Company Procedures onto the Asite system. You will also ensure that all users have access to the latest revision of appropriate documentation in a timely manner.
Key Tasks and Activities :
To assist in the implementation of the document control system (Asite) and management during the projects life cycle:
* Issue invitations to new users, including assigning them to the correct permissions: security groups, updating the folders structures, custom fields and the workflows if required.
* Ensure all technical documents and comments are recorded on Asite, including method statements, product technical specification and site design amendments.
* Monitor and control with guidance from the project managers and design manager via the approval responsibility matrix on Asite to ensure security of confidential material.
