Senior Site Manager

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Site Manager to join a highly regarded contractor in Bristol, specialising in the Water sector. On this flagship project my client has security of work until late 2027, so this opportunity can offer job stability and career growth and progression. Reporting to the Construction Manager, the successful post-holder will support the development and continuous improvement of the delivery team, striving to enhance the health, safety, quality and environmental outcomes and commercial success of the project. Candidate will have experience of working on project involving complex FRC and drainage.

As Senior Site Manager you will:

• Manage the delivery of the project to achieve the required outputs with regards to safety and the environment, time, quality and cost.
• Lead by example to encourage staff to work to high standards of achievement
• Ensure that processes and procedures are followed and that programme and budgetary constraints and controls are adhered to
• Ensure effective contract negotiations take place to deliver best value

Our client requires a Senior Site Manager with:

• HNC/HND/Degree or in Civil Engineering or equivalent (not essential)
• Experience of working in a similar position within the Civil Engineering/Water/Utility sector.
• Experience of working on schemes involving complex FRC structures and drainage
• SMSTS, CSCS Managers card and First Aid at Work

Salary/Benefits:

• 55,000 - 62,000 per annum
• Company car or car allowance
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
