Bates & Bradshaw are recruiting on behalf of a major Construction & Maintenance company in the Hull area who operate as one of the leading building, repairs, and maintenance contractors. They are presently employing around 500 people and have a turnover of 50 million and they have some ambitious plans in place to grow this again over the coming years.
Role Responsibilities
The Job
- Inspection and Testing of Commercial Sites and Properties.
- LED Lighting Schemes to both residential, educational and office environments.
- Electrical maintenance and repairs to residential, educational and public buildings.
- Large scale infrastructure upgrades and street lighting.
- Commercial and Residential Refurbishment Schemes.
- Annual Events and temporary event supplies in and around Hull.
- Annual Installation programmes such as Hull Fair and Hull City Festive Lighting Installations.
- Emergency Lighting Testing and Repairs annual Local Authority Programmes.
- Solar PV Installations, Testing, Repairs and Maintenance.
Requirements:
- 18th Edition and qualified to current amendments (preferred but not essential)
- ECS Electrical Installation Gold Card (preferred but not essential)
- Full valid driving licence.
- Ability to work on both own initiative and as part of a team.
- Ability to use smartphones, tablets etc.
- Clean Shaven
