Having recently taken on a new healthcare contract they are now looking to bolster and expand their maintenance team. The company are looking for an Electrically biased Maintenance Engineer to complete reactive repairs and planned preventative maintenance across several busy commercial sites. You will be a friendly, motivated, reliable and hardworking individual, with a proven track record of working on commercial or industrial maintenance contracts. Are you an experienced Multi Skilled Electrical Engineer with experience in a Data Centre Environment? My client is a large well known FM provider looking to take on an engineer to join their site based in Halifax. This role will be to provide preventative and reactive maintenance to the site. Requirements * Technically qualified - Electrical biased. * Strong background in Building Services with an electrical/ mechanical bias and F-gas qualification. * Minimum 2 years' experience * Sound understanding of H&S, Environment & QA procedures * Fully conversant with Electrical installation and current IEE regulations. * Broad knowledge of computerized FM and maintenance management systems.
