You will be working across a wide and varied portfolio of projects successfully managing consultant teams focused on delivery of significant projects through to completion phase.

To be considered as a Senior Build Manager, you will be capable of leading, running and delivering refurbishment (often with structural alterations) projects of up to around £5m and part of a team on much larger projects in future. Essential and Desirable Criteria A track record of successful delivery of projects. A variety of construction operations and project sector experience. Controlling costs, timing and quality in line with targets. Efficient use of all staff and resources. Reading and accurately interpreting programmes, drawings and technical specifications. Ensuring project team(s) understanding of drawings and technical specifications. Understanding and appropriately sharing build programmes. Managing teams including the supply chain, direct employees and consultants. Playing a leading role which positively contributes to the project team(s). Proactively liaising with customers and the supply chain. Appropriate CSCS card. Valid SMSTS certificate. First Aid at Work certificate. Relevant degree or trade background. Working towards a MCIOB.
