THE ROLE
Construction law solicitor with non-contentious, transactional experience with at least 1PQE in the practice area (no limit on PQE at present).
ABOUT YOU
The successful candidate must have specific experience in JCT contracts, warranties, joint ventures, developments, property contracts, forward funding agreements and transactions with interaction between the property owner, constructers and third parties, i.e. social housing, energy centres, etc.
They must also have a detailed working understanding of development agreements.
The role is to support the lead partner in the team to continue to develop the growing department/team.
Salary commensurate with experience.
