As the Senior Building Surveyor, you will be the lead surveyor for refurbishment and new build projects for public and private clients across residential, commercial and education. This will include briefing Clients, design, co-ordinating consultants, specifying, cost advice, tendering, drafting contractual documents and contract administration.
