You will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance to all building services, this will include electrical, basic mechanical and building fabric works as and when required.

Our client is seeking to recruit an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join their maintenance department on a temporary contract with the view for the role to go permanent once the temp contract is successfully completed.
You will be responsible for carrying out PPM maintenance across the buildings on a static site, diagnosing and repairing plant room equipment, maintaining heating and cooling air handling units, chilled water systems.
The contracted hours are 37.5 hours paid Monday - Friday 8am - 4.30pm, with on call duties included one in every 5/6 weeks when you are fully conversant with the site.
The successful candidate will have experience of diagnosing and repairing mechanical faults and have relevant qualifications City and Guilds in Plumbing/ BTEC in Mechanical Engineering. Preferably you will have experience maintaining steam systems and have a current dbs check in place already.
You will also have a proven track record of carrying out repairs and maintenance within large industrial buildings/critical sites.
