Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Static site

Are you an Electrical Maintenance engineer, looking to work on a high profile contract in London? Then this could be the role you have been looking for! I am looking for a Maintenance Electrician for a static role, covering a single site estate in Brent Cross. You’ll be working in a commercial building, on a high security contract so the role needs someone adaptable and driven in order to be able to keep up. What’s in it for you? Salary of £32-35k per annum, plus overtime which is paid at time and a half for the first four hours and double time after this. You will work closely with the maintenance team to ensure an effective and efficient service to the client. What you’ll need Experience of electrical maintenance within commercial buildings - you’ll need to have a minimum of an electrical City & Guilds Level 2/3 18th Edition Experience of LV Experience in a similar role, and ideally working for an FM provider so you already understand the importance of the SLA agreements in place for the contract Ideally experience with L8/Legionella awareness A positive attitude and the desire to succeed. The ability to obtain security clearance is vital as you’ll be working on a high security contract The company need someone in post as soon as possible.
