THE ROLE
As a Construction Project Manager here at OWN LONDON, you will have experience working for a London based contractor or developer within the residential, commercial and hospitality sectors. You will report to the Construction Director and be responsible for the day-to-day site management and supervision of the project construction team. Our client, a Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy, based in Leatherhead are seeking a Building Surveyor / Project Manager to join them due to a position becoming vacant within the business. The Building Surveyor will be working on a range of commercial projects. Duties will be mainly focused around project management and some more traditional building surveying duties.
It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience post degree with a knowledge of project based works. Our client are open to candidates from Intermediate to Senior level.
