Senior Building Surveyor

Our client, a local authority based in Bedford are looking for a Senior Building Surveyor to join their team. This is on a temporary ongoing contract basis. The purpose of the role is to: Deliver construction projects from conception to completion. Be able to use AutoCAD, prepare specifications for tender, administer minor and intermediate JCT works contracts and undertake the role of Principal Designer. Work across a mixed property portfolioThe successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following competencies/attributes; A degree/HND or equivalent would be ideal but not essential. Previous experience of Building/Maintenance Surveying required. CDM knowledge, AutoCAD and JCT Contract experience are required.
