Your new role As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll take commercial ownership of two key groundwork packages - one at a port and another at a prison site. You'll manage subcontractor accounts, oversee cost reporting, handle valuations and variations, and ensure compliance with NEC3 contract requirements.
