Monitor the Project Managers role to ensure the installations are ready for commissioning on the due dates and coordinate commissioning so that no liquidated damages are incurred.
Monitor and manage the Information Required Schedules, Risk Management Logs etc. and coordinate actions
Monitor and manage the delivery program and co-ordinate the delivery requirements to ensure access for contractors.
In conjunction with Project Managers ensure lists of variations are compiled and notifications are communicated to the Project Director to allow them to be issued in accordance with project/contract requirements.
Issue valuations on Project Progress.
Attend project meetings as required
Correlate the contractors Safety & Health reports and submit to the Project Director
Education and experience:
Qualification in Mechanical Engineering/Building Services Engineering or other related discipline
Experience in a Mechanical and/or Electrical Project/Contracts Manager role of at least 5 years'
A strong technical background in contracting and a proven ability to develop the implementation of technical installations
Understanding & knowledge of efficient energy centre installations and delivery of same to handover
