One day you could be organising colleagues to repair a leaking roof, resolving drainage issues, dealing with building services or managing utility outages. You'll become the person responsible for ensuring the site remains safe, compliant, efficient and ready to support future growth. Typical ResponsibilitiesDay-to-Day Facilities Management (Approximately 50%) Respond to day-to-day building and facilities issues including plumbing, drainage, roofing, utilities and general building maintenance. Manage contractors carrying out reactive and planned works. Oversee site services, utilities and infrastructure. Ensure statutory inspections and compliance activities are completed. Manage Permit to Work, RAMS and contractor safety. Support production by resolving facilities issues quickly to minimise downtime.
