Monitor quality throughout the build process, ensuring NHBC standards are achieved. Coordinate site logistics, materials, and resources. Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings. Produce accurate reports and maintain site documentation. Work closely with Technical, Commercial, Sales, and Customer Care departments. Mentor and develop Assistant Site Managers and site teams.
