The right person should be confident with: • General plumbing taps, toilets, wastes, leaks, traps and fault finding • Carpentry doors, locks, handles, skirting, boxing-in and general repairs • Handyman and general property maintenance • Painting, decorating and making good • Tiling and silicone works • Electrical tasks where competent, although electrical qualifications are not essential • Attending investigative jobs and providing a practical diagnosis of issues such as leaks, damp, mould and condensation • Identifying likely causes of property defects and reporting findings clearly, including ventilation issues, plumbing leaks, water ingress, defective external pointing and other maintenance-related causes Requirements • Strong multi-trade/property maintenance experience • Must be a genuine all-rounder this is not a plumbing-only position • Able to diagnose faults and work independently without constant supervision • Good standard of workmanship and attention to detail • Reliable, punctual and professional when dealing with tenants and property managers • Full UK driving licence essential • Own tools required • Company vehicle provided What We Offer • Consistent work across London and surrounding areas • £160 £200 per day depending on experience and ability • Company vehicle provided • Varied day-to-day work across multiple trades • Additional Saturday work available • Long-term opportunity with a growing property maintenance company • Well-organised jobs and ongoing support Please only apply if you have genuine multi-trade experience.
