Surveyor/ Project Manager

We are recruiting an excellent opportunity for a Surveyor / Project Manager working on Projects based in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity and will oversee the full cycle of works from inception through to completion. -Diagnosis of defects and identification of any structural issues -Building pathology -Writing detailed specifications for works to be completed -Putting works out to tender with approved contractors -Pre start meeting with the appointed contractor -Management of works on site -Quality checking of works to ensure that it is to desired quality -Management of H&S on site to ensure guidelines are adhered to Candidates should be experienced in diagnosing defects, and the management of contractors to deliver works on site, must have a good technical knowledge.
