Job Title: Fabric Surveyor Location: Great Yarmouth Pay rate: £150-£250 per day based on price per survey Are you a freelance/self-employed condition surveyor looking for a long term contract with great potential earnings? Our client is an established consultancy who are working on behalf of a local authority to validate the condition of residences across the Great Yarmouth area. You will; Complete validation surveys to check the condition of properties Use a tablet (apex system) to input data from the completed surveys Assess any DFG adaptations and HHSRS issuesThe majority of properties will be within the same road/area, meaning that you will be able to complete multiple surveys within a smaller time frame, which will give you the opportunity of higher potential daily earnings About you; Experience in completing stock condition surveyors via tablet Good knowledge of DFG and HHSRS Full clean licence and access to a vehicleIf the above opportunity appeals to you then please apply below, we look forward to hearing from you!
