This role is suitable for candidates with a strong residential or construction experience. In this role you will work as a Quantity Surveyor in the Wragby office and will be monitoring several housing developments across Lincolnshire. This is a predominately office based role but you will be required to visits sites. You will be responsible for developments from concept through to completion preparing tender documents, producing a bill of quantities, obtaining quotations, cash flow and budgeting.
