Painter & Decorator

Job Role: Painter and Decorator Location: Norwich Our client, a property maintenance company who deliver high quality services to clients in the social housing and local authority sector, are seeking a Painter & Decorator to join their maintenance team on a long-term ongoing basis. The works will be on void properties and will be a mixture of internal and external works. Role requirements for Painter & Decorator: In order to be considered for the role you must have good skills in a variety of trades such as general painting, decorating mainly kitchen and bathroom areas. Minimum of 2 years' professional painting experience Miust have own tools (brushes & whites) and transport Experience of facilities or housing maintenance Full driving licence & transport required (van or car) Working hours are 8am -5pm Monday to Friday. 30 minutes lunch.
