Working Foreman/ Site Manager - Civils

Working Foreman/ Site Manager Civils & Groundworks. Sussex This role will involve working nationally and staying away from home on a regular basis. Please do not apply if this is an issue. The role: You will be working as the External Site Manager and will directly report into the Project Manager. You will be responsible for the external elements of the build process which includes but not limited to piling, substructure, super structure, frame, civils and facade. Duties include but are not limited to: * Management of subcontractors * Involvement in progress meetings * Reviewing drawings * Maintaining quality control procedures * Problem Solving and maintaining an organised site * Managing Health and Safety * Reviewing Rams * Quality Assurance
